  • 5 pods Cardamom
  • 1 ounce Scarlet Ibis Rum
  • 1 ounce Buffalo Trace Bourbon
  • .5 ounce Pineapple Juice
  • .5 ounce Lemon Juice
  • .5 ounce Rich Cane Sugar Syrup
  • 1 dash Angostura Bitters
  • 1 dash House Peychaud's Bitters

In a shaker, gently muddle the cardamom pods. Add the remaining ingredients and shake with ice. Double strain into a coupe. No garnish.
