Jarnac Shrub

from Death & Co

  • 2 ounces Hine H Cognac
  • 1 ounce Carpano Antica Formula Vermouth
  • 1 ounce Toby's Sour Cherry Shrub
  • 1 dash House Orange Bitters
  • 3 skewered Brandied Cherry (Garnish)

Stir all the ingredients over ice, then strain into a coupe. Garnish with the cherries.
