Japanese Courage

  • 6 oz. Kamoizumi "Shusen" Sake
  • 1 oz. Bols Genever
  • .5 oz. Yellow Chartreuse
  • .25 oz. Canton Ginger Liqueur
  • .25 oz. Honey Syrup

Heat the sake in a bain-marie (do not boil). Pour the sake and everything else into a pre-heated heatproof mug. Garnish with a lemon wheel studded with 6 cloves.
