Irish Coconut

  • .75 ounce Baileys Irish Cream
  • .75 ounce White Rum
  • .75 ounce Heavy Cream
  • .5 ounce Coco Lopez
  • 2-3 ounces Soda Water

Shake all the ingredients well with ice. Strain into an iced highball glass, top with soda, and stir.

This would make a good name for an Irish bar in Trinidad.
