Hotel D'Alsace

  • 2 oz. Bushmills Irish Whiskey
  • .5 oz. Cointreau
  • .5 oz. Bénédictine
  • 1 Sprig Rosemary

Add the Cointreau, Bénédictine, and bottom half of rosemary sprig to a mixing glass and muddle. Add Bushmills and ice, then stir and fine-strain over one large cube into a chilled rocks glass. Garnish with the tip of the rosemary sprig.
