  • 1 ounce Hine H Cognac
  • .5 ounce Dried Currant-Infused Wild Turkey Rye Whiskey
  • .5 ounce Marie Brizard White Crème De Cacao
  • 1 ounce Pineapple Juice
  • .75 ounce Lemon Juice
  • .5 ounce Simple Syrup
  • 1 dash Angostura Bitters
  • Wedge of Pineapple (Garnish)

Short shake all the ingredients with 3 ice cubes, then strain into a pilsner glass filled with crushed ice. Garnish with the pineapple wedge and serve with a straw.
