Heart-Shaped Box

  • 1 Strawberry
  • 2 ounces Hine H Cognac
  • .75 ounce St-Germain
  • .75 ounce Lemon Juice
  • .25 ounce Cinnamon Bark Syrup
  • .5 teaspoon Aged Balsamic Vinegar
  • 1 dash Angostura Bitters
  • 0.5 Strawberry (Garnish)

In a shaker, gently muddle the strawberry. Add the remaining ingredients and short shake. Strain into a double rocks glass filled with crushed ice. Garnish with the strawberry half and serve with a straw.
