Hawaiian Stone Sour

from The Craft of the Cocktail

  • 1.5 ounces Whiskey
  • 1 ounce Simple Syrup
  • .75 ounce Lemon Juice
  • 1.5 ounces Pineapple Juice
  • Cherry (Garnish)
  • slice Pineapple (Garnish)

Shake all the ingredients with ice and strain into a rocks glass. Garnish with the cherry and pineapple slice.

I created this as a poolside drink for a regular guest and amateur bartender at the Rainbow Room.
