  • Rim with Toasted Fennel Salt (Garnish)
  • 6 Green Grapes
  • 1.5 ounces Bombay London Dry Gin
  • .5 ounce Krogstad Aquavit
  • .25 ounce Velvet Falernum
  • .75 ounce Lime Juice
  • .5 ounce Grapefruit Juice
  • .5 ounce Acacia Honey Syrup

Rim half of a coupe with toasted fennel salt. In a shaker, muddle the grapes. Add the remaining ingredients and shake with ice, then double strain into the coupe. No garnish.
