Grouse Rampant

  • 2 ounces Fuji Apple-Infused Famous Grouse Scotch
  • .75 ounce Lemon Juice
  • .25 ounce Acacia Honey Syrup
  • .25 ounce Cinnamon Bark Syrup
  • 1 Egg White
  • House Peychaud's Bitters (Garnish)

Dry shake all the ingredients, then shake again with ice. Double strain into a coupe and garnish with 2 swipes of the bitters to form an X.

GROUSE RAMPANT This whiskey sour variation is full of fall flavors. I make an X with the bitters on top to evoke the Scottish flag.—AD
