Add the cucumber, dill, and juices to a mixing glass and muddle. Add the aquavit, then shake with ice and fine-strain into a chilled, St. George Absinthe-rinsed fizz glass. Top with sparkling jasmine tea. Garnish with a slice of cucumber.
Inspired by the tree blossoms that fill the streets with their heady perfume in the spring, I combined Golden Star sparkling jasmine tea with a hint of absinthe to complement Christian Krogstad's namesake aquavit. —Jim Meehan, Spring 2009
