Gin Gin Mule

from The Craft of the Cocktail

  • .5 ounce Lime Juice
  • .5 ounce Simple Syrup
  • 6 sprigs Mint
  • .75 ounce Ginger Beer
  • 1.5 ounces Bombay Gin
  • Splash Soda Water
  • wedge Lime (Garnish)

Muddle the lime juice, syrup, and mint. Add gin and ginger beer and shake well. Pour over ice in a highball glass. Top with soda and garnish with the lime wedge.
