French Maid

  • 1.5 oz. Hine V.S.O.P. Cognac
  • 1 oz. House Ginger Beer
  • .75 oz. Lime Juice
  • .75 oz. Simple Syrup
  • .25 oz. John D. Taylor's Velvet Falernum
  • 3 Wheels of Cucumber
  • 6-8 Leaves of Mint
  • 1 Wheel of Cucumber (Garnish)
  • 1 sprig of Mint (Garnish)

Add the cucumber, mint, and simple syrup to a mixing glass and muddle. Add everything else, then shake with ice and strain into a chilled Collins glass filled with ice. Garnish with a mint sprig poking through a cucumber wheel.
