French Flamingo

from The Craft of the Cocktail

  • 1 ounce Absolut Kurant Vodka
  • 1 ounce Cointreau
  • .75 ounce Lime Juice
  • .75 ounce Pomegranate Juice
  • Lime Peel (Garnish)

Shake all the ingredients well with ice and strain into a chilled Martini glass. Garnish with the lime peel.

I culled this one from the Sunday New York Times "Styles" section: It looked like one of my recipes, and I changed it a bit to suit my taste.
