from The Craft of the Cocktail

  • 2 pieces of Pineapple
  • .5 ounce Cointreau
  • .5 ounce Vodka
  • 1 ounce Pineapple Juice
  • 3 ounces Champagne
  • Cherry (Garnish)

In the bottom of a mixing glass, muddle the pineapple pieces and the Cointreau. Add the vodka and juice and stir with ice. Strain into a chilled martini glass and top with the Champagne. Garnish with the cherry.
