Fair Lady

from Death & Co

  • 1 ounce Sage-Infused Dolin Blanc Vermouth
  • .75 ounce Krogstad Aquavit
  • .75 ounce Grapefruit Juice
  • 1 teaspoon Rich Cane Sugar Syrup
  • Dry Champagne

Shake all the ingredients (except the champagne) with ice, then strain into a flute. Top with champagne. No garnish.
