Extra-Dry Gin Martini

from The Craft of the Cocktail

  • 1 dash Dry Vermouth
  • 3 ounces Gin
  • Olive (Garnish)
  • Lemon Peel (Garnish)

Stir with ice in a mixing glass (50 times if using large cubes, 30 if using small ones). Strain into a chilled martini glass, and garnish with olive or lemon peel or both.
