  • 2 oz. Ransom Old Tom Gin
  • 1 oz. Dolin Blanc Vermouth
  • 1 barspoon St. Germain Elderflower Liqueur
  • 1 dash The Bitter Truth Celery Bitters

Stir with ice and strain into a chilled coupe. Garnish with a grapefruit twist.
