Duboudreau Cocktail

  • 2 oz. Rittenhouse Bonded Rye Whiskey
  • .75 oz. Dubonnet Rouge
  • .25 oz. Fernet-Branca
  • .25 oz. St. Germain Elderflower Liqueur

Stir with ice and strain into a chilled coupe Garnish with. a lemon twist.

Seattle-based mixologist Jamie Boudreau created a Fernet and elderflower-accented rye cocktail called the Cooper Cocktail. I added Dubonnet and named it after him. —Jim Meehan, Spring 2009
