Drunken Dodo

  • 2 ounces Scarlet Ibis Rum
  • .75 ounce Carpano Antica Formula Vermouth
  • .25 ounce St. Elizabeth Allspice Dram
  • 2 dashes Angostura Bitters
  • Orange Peel (Garnish)

Stir all the ingredients over ice, then strain into a coupe. Garnish with the orange twist.
