  • 1.5 ounces Old Overholt Rye Whiskey
  • .5 ounce Ransom Old Tom Gin
  • .5 ounce Lustau East India Solera Sherry
  • .75 ounce Lemon Juice
  • .5 ounce Maple Syrup
  • 1 teaspoon Apple Butter
  • 1 dash Angostura Bitters
  • Fan of Apple (Garnish)

Shake all the ingredients with ice, then strain into a double rocks glass over 1 large ice cube. Garnish with the apple fan.
