  • 1.5 ounces Tanqueray No. Ten Gin
  • .5 ounce St-Germain
  • .5 ounce Lemon Juice
  • .5 ounce Hibiscus Syrup
  • 2 dashes House Peychaud's Bitters
  • Dry Champagne
  • 1 long, skinny twist of Lemon Peel (Garnish)

Shake all the ingredients (except the champagne) with ice, then strain into a flute. Top with champagne. Garnish with the lemon twist.
