  • .75 oz. Dolin Sweet Vermouth
  • .75 oz. Bénédictine
  • 3 dashes St. George Absinthe
  • 3 dashes Peychaud's Bitters

Stir with ice and strain into a chilled coupe. Garnish with three brandied cherries on a pick.
