Dark 'n' Bubbly

  • 1.5 ounces Gosling's Black Seal Rum
  • .25 ounce Lime Juice
  • .5 ounce Curried Ginger Syrup
  • Dry Champagne

Shake all the ingredients (except the champagne) with ice, then strain into a flute. Top with champagne. No garnish.
