from The Craft of the Cocktail

  • 1 teaspoon Armagnac
  • 1 teaspoon Grand Marnier
  • 3 teaspoons Orange Juice
  • .5 teaspoon Simple Syrup
  • 3 ounces Champagne
  • thin strips Orange Peel

Chill the first four ingredients in a mixing glass and strain into a flute. Top with chilled Champagne and add strips of orange peel so they extend the length of the glass.
