  • Clear Creek Kirschwasser
  • 2 oz. Barsol Quebranta Pisco
  • .75 oz. Aperol
  • .75 oz. Simple Syrup
  • .5 oz. Lemon Juice
  • .5 oz. Grapefruit Juice

Shake with ice and strain into a chilled Clear Creek Kirschwasser-rinsed Collins glass filled with ice. Garnish with a grapefruit twist.
