Crimson Tide

  • 1.5 oz. Lemon Hart Overproof Rum
  • 1.5 oz. Spiced Sorrel
  • .75 oz. Lime Juice
  • .5 oz. Canton Ginger Liqueur
  • .75 oz. Club Soda

Shake with ice and strain into a chilled Collins glass filled with ice. Top with .75 oz. club soda. Garnish with a lime wheel and a piece of candied ginger.
