Cherry Pop

  • 2 oz. Plymouth Gin
  • 1 oz. Lemon Juice
  • .5 oz. Luxardo Maraschino Liqueur
  • .5 oz. Simple Syrup
  • 2 Pitted Cherry
  • 1 Pitted Cherry (Garnish)

Muddle 2 of the cherries with the simple syrup. Add everything else, then shake with ice and strain into a chilled rocks glass filled with pebble ice. Garnish with the reserved cherry.
