Champagne Cobbler

  • 1 slice Orange
  • 1 wedge Lemon
  • 1 wedge Pineapple
  • .75 ounce Maraschino Liqueur
  • 4 ounces Champagne
  • Flamed Orange Peel (Garnish)

Muddle the fruit and liqueur in the bottom of a bar glass. Add ice and Champagne. Stir gently to retain the bubbles and strain into a champagne flute. Garnish with the flamed orange peel.
