Celine Fizz

from Death & Co

  • 2 ounces Plymouth Gin
  • .75 ounce St-Germain
  • .75 ounce Lemon Juice
  • .75 ounce Simple Syrup
  • 1 Egg White
  • Club Soda

Dry shake all the ingredients (except the club soda), then shake again with ice. Double strain into a fizz glass and top with club soda. No garnish.
