  • 1 ounce Lustau East India Solera Sherry
  • .25 ounce Coffee-And Chile-Infused Campari
  • .5 ounce Orange Juice
  • .5 ounce Lime Juice
  • .5 ounce Rich Demerara Syrup
  • Small pinch of Kosher Salt
  • Coffee Bean (Garnish)

Short shake with 3 ice cubes, then strain into a double rocks glass filled with crushed ice. Garnish with a few grates of coffee bean and serve with a straw.
