In a saucer, mix together the sugar and cocoa powder. Dampen the outside rim of a chilled martini glass by rubbing an orange piece around it, and rim the glass with the cocoa powder. In a mixing glass, stir the Kurant and the Godiva with ice, and strain into the rimmed glass.
