Brandy Plush

from The Craft of the Cocktail

  • 1.5 ounces Brandy
  • 1 ounce Simple Syrup
  • 4 dashes Angostura Bitters
  • 4 ounces Half-and-half
  • Nutmeg (Garnish)

Shake well with ice and strain into a chilled wine glass. Dust with the nutmeg.
