  • 2 ounces Rye Whiskey
  • .5 ounce Grand Marnier
  • .5 ounce Dry Vermouth
  • Flamed Orange Peel (Garnish)

Stir with ice and strain into a chilled cocktail glass. Garnish with the flamed orange peel.
