Bloody Caesar

from The Craft of the Cocktail

  • 1.5 ounces Vodka
  • 2 dashes Worcestershire Sauce
  • 4 dashes Tabasco Sauce
  • pinch of Pepper
  • .25 ounce Lemon Juice
  • 3 ounces Tomato Juice
  • 2 ounces Clam Juice

This Canadian import is a wonderful change from the ordinary. Garnish by placing a clam in an endive-leaf "boat" on a side plate.
