Bloody Bull

from The Craft of the Cocktail

  • 1.5 ounces Vodka
  • dash Orange Juice
  • 4 dashes Tabasco Sauce
  • dash Pepper
  • 3 ounces Beef Broth
  • 2 ounces Tomato Juice
  • Orange Peel (Garnish)

Combine all the ingredients in a mixing glass and shake well. Strain into a goblet or pint glass over ice. Garnish with the orange peel.
