  • 2 ounces High West Silver Oat Whiskey
  • .5 ounce Combier Pamplemousse Rose Liqueur
  • .75 ounce Lemon Juice
  • .5 ounce Cinnamon Bark Syrup
  • 1 dash Bittermens 'Elemakule Tiki Bitters
  • Grapefruit Peel (Garnish)

Shake all the ingredients with ice, then strain into a coupe. Garnish with the grapefruit twist.

BRAD FARRAN, 2013 High West's oat whiskey is one of the few unaged whiskeys that I really like; it has enough of its own flavor profile to stand out in a drink, like this grapefruit- and cinnamon-flavored sour.—BF
