Black Thorn Rose

  • 2 oz. Hendrick's Gin
  • .5 oz. Plymouth Sloe Gin
  • .5 oz. Lillet Rouge
  • 1 barspoon Mymoune Rose Syrup

Stir with ice and strain into a chilled coupe. No garnish.

To enhance the primary botanical in Hendrick's Gin, David came up with this rose-accented variation on the classic that employs Lillet Rouge, Dubonnet's Bordelaise brethren. —David Slape, Spring 2009
