  • 1.5 ounces Knappogue Castle 12-Year Irish Whiskey
  • 1.5 ounces Alvear Festival Pale Cream Sherry
  • .5 ounce Cointreau
  • 1 teaspoon St-Germain
  • 1 dash House Peychaud's Bitters
  • Lemon Peel (Garnish)

Stir all the ingredients over ice, then strain into a coupe. Garnish with the lemon twist.
