Beer Cassis

  • 1 oz. Dubonnet Rouge
  • .25 oz. Theuriet Crème De Cassis

Stir with ice and strain into a chilled white wine glass. Top with 6 oz. Brooklyn Brewery Local 1. Garnish with a lemon twist.
