Bahama Mama

from The Craft of the Cocktail

  • .75 ounce Light Rum
  • .75 ounce Gold Rum
  • .75 ounce Dark Rum
  • .5 ounce Coconut Liqueur
  • 2 ounces Orange Juice
  • 3 ounces Pineapple Juice
  • .25 teaspoon Grenadine
  • dash Angostura Bitters
  • Maraschino Cherry (Garnish)
  • slice Pineapple (Garnish)
  • slice Orange (Garnish)

Shake all the ingredients with ice and strain into a large goblet or a specialty drink glass. Garnish with the Maraschino cherry, pineapple slice, and orange slice.
