  • 1 ounce Macallan Fine Oak 10-Year Scotch Whisky
  • 1 ounce Lustau Oloroso Sherry
  • .5 ounce Aperol
  • .5 ounce Gran Classico Bitter
  • Lemon Peel

Stir all the ingredients (except the lemon twist) over ice, then strain into a double rocks glass. Squeeze the lemon twist over the drink and discard. No garnish.
