Autumn Daiquiri

  • 2 ounces Mount Gay Eclipse Rum
  • .5 ounce Lime Juice
  • .5 ounce Pineapple Juice
  • .25 ounce Rich Demerara Syrup
  • .25 ounce Cinnamon Bark Syrup
  • 1 dash Angostura Bitters

Shake all the ingredients with ice, then strain into a coupe. No garnish.
