Arrack Strap

from Death & Co

  • 1 ounce Cruzan Black Strap Rum
  • 1 ounce Van Oosten Batavia Arrack
  • 1 ounce Cocchi Vermouth Di Torino
  • 1 teaspoon Campari
  • .5 teaspoon Rich Demerara Syrup
  • 2 dashes Bittermens Xocolatl Mole Bitters
  • 2 dashes House Orange Bitters
  • Orange Peel (Garnish)

Stir all the ingredients over ice, then strain into an old-fashioned glass over 1 large ice cube. Garnish with the orange twist.
