Apple Jack Cocktail

from The Craft of the Cocktail

  • 2 ounces Applejack Or Calvados
  • .75 ounce CuraƧao
  • .5 ounce Lime Juice
  • 2 dashes Orange Bitters
  • slices of Apple (Garnish)
  • Orange Peel (Garnish)

Shake all the ingredients with ice and strain into chilled martini glass. Garnish with a thin slice apple and a strip of orange peel.
