Anjou Mama

  • 3 small slices of ripe Anjou Pear
  • 1 ounce Pennyroyal-Infused Hayman's Old Tom Gin
  • 1 ounce Tanqueray No. Ten Gin
  • .75 ounce Lemon Juice
  • .25 ounce Orgeat
  • .25 ounce Cinnamon Bark Syrup
  • .25 ounce Acacia Honey Syrup
  • Wheel of Lemon (Garnish)

In a shaker, muddle the pear slices. Add the remaining ingredients and shake with ice, then strain into a Nick & Nora glass. Garnish with the lemon wheel.
