Amber Dream

from The Craft of the Cocktail

  • 2 ounces Dry Gin
  • 1 ounce Dry French Vermouth
  • .25 ounce Yellow Chartreuse
  • dash Orange Bitters
  • Flamed Orange Peel (Garnish)

Place the ingredients in a bar glass with ice and stir. Garnish with the flamed orange peel.
